To increase and maintain loyalty to Keystores, a convenience store symbol group based in Scotland, and to understand the relative effects of each promotional offer and its method.
Keystore engaged i-movo to integrate with their in-store EPoS systems to allow tracking of voucher redemption including basket-level data. Offers are split into promotional periods within which shoppers are offered vouchers via social media, location-based targeting and SMS marketing.
Over thirty household name brands are participating in the scheme, generating over 200 promotions spanning discount vouchers, product sampling and competitions. As well as delighting shoppers, these campaigns are providing the most comprehensive range of results for Secure Digital Voucher promotions, in actual UK shops, to date.
