London Stock Exchange RNS

Felix Group plc (“Felix”) the company behind ‘Everyone’s A Winner’ (“EAW”) today announces agreements with e-pay Limited (“e- pay”), i-movo Limited (“i-movo”) and DX3 Technologies Limited (“DX3”). These agreements follow an earlier signed contractual arrangement with Broadchart Limited (“Broadchart”) and comprise the initial four digital service provisions for inclusion within Felix’s new ATM terminal. Felix’s ATM brand, MAX BOX , will be officially launched, and the new terminal demonstrated, at the forthcoming ATEI trade show at Earl’s Court, London on 24th, 25th and 26th January.

The MAX BOX service provided by e-pay is for mobile ‘phone top-up facilities across all of the major networks. Mobile ‘phone content including full MP3 downloadable music as well as games, wallpapers and ringtones will be provided by DX3 and Broadchart are providing a digital jukebox facility with access to every top 40 hit single ever.

The MAX BOX will also have the ability to validate and print vouchers distributed via i-movo’s SMS marketing application. In addition, and as part of this initial suite of digital services, Felix has developed the MAX BOX as a ‘wi-fi hotspot’ and will provide internet access to all wireless users for free.

Commenting, Andy Egan, Chief Executive, Felix Group plc said:  “These agreements will significantly enhance our EAW consumer offering and further distinguish what the MAX BOX has to offer over standard fee charging ATM’s in the field. The inclusion of this tranche of exciting services, which can either be included within any re-brand or re-packaging of existing ATM estates, or included within our own bespoke MAX BOX , represent the first of a number of digital content provisions we aim to include in the future. I am delighted we have secured these agreements with e-pay, DX3, Broadchart and i-movo and very much look forward to unveiling the new MAX BOX next week”.

“Whilst wireless internet access is nothing new, the ability to provide this to our customers for free is a radical step forward and a piece of development work we felt would further enhance what we offer”.
